Jeff is a highly collaborative and energetic leader, with 20+ years of leadership in B2B/B2C on both the vendor and supplier side. He has a passion for people, transformational initiatives, driving growth, and problem solving. He is excited about helping his clients unlock new ways of engaging talent whether that be through traditional talent channels, marketplaces, or direct sourcing platforms.
I love reading and learning about the continued evolution of the Independent Workforce and the way it is changing the future of work. I get excited about clients who want to challenge the status quo and who consistently ask “why are we doing this?” as a means of transforming their Contingent Workforce programs.
Jeff loves spending time with family and enjoys all sports, but has a passion for America’s past time… baseball. Jeff umpires high school and college baseball in his spare time and enjoys hunting and fishing with his kids. He is currently retired from triathlons but you might see him on the start line again of an Ironman triathlon in the future.
